Our Ways of Working

We’re a remote-first company with team members located across the United States spanning multiple time zones. We know how valuable the flexibility of remote work is for our employees so people can get the work done in the way that suits them best. With rare exception, our employees generally work 9-5 in their home time zone. 

We also know that personal connection is the foundation for the great work we do together. In order to build community and collaboration, we gather in person two times a year at a full company offsite and a departmental offsite. These offsites are expected of employees and are great opportunities to meet the people you work with every day and to do some of the work that is much more difficult to do virtually.

What The Role Is 

Babylist is looking for a Paid Social (Growth) Coordinator who can help us grow baby registry signups for Meta and other paid channels like TikTok, Pinterest, media buys, and more! As the Paid Social (Growth) Coordinator at Babylist, you will report directly to our Associate Director, Growth Marketing and support day to day management of campaigns, reporting and related tasks to help us reach our goal!

Who You Are

  • You have 1+ years of experience in paid social advertising channels, ideally Meta

  • You are excited about coming in and owning your day to day responsibilities

  • You thrive in an environment where you are able to be exposed to a wide variety of channels and managing big budgets 

  • You are an effective project manager with skills including: working cross functionally, managing deadlines and objectives, and delivering analysis and recommendations

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills

How You Will Make An Impact

  • You will set-up and manage media buy campaigns including message testing, creative testing, budget management and optimizations

  • You will use your strong analytical skills to scrutinize large amounts of data and turn it into actionable initiatives 

  • Your experience/curiosity with clean A/B testing will help build experimental frameworks to drive results and gain insights

  • You will use ongoing reporting to tell our story and drive registry growth

Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

The estimated pay range for this role is $67,000- $97,000.

In addition, Babylist offers equity, bonus, and benefits, including company paid health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
