Mid-Market Account Executive

Bonusly is looking for an experienced, innovative and results-oriented Mid-Market Account Executive. You’ll thrive in this role if you have exceptional multithreading skills and excel at selling to C-Suite. You will also iterate on our sales process, provide insights from sales conversations to other departments, and contribute to Bonusly’s growth. We need someone who is creative, highly skilled in sales, and has a track record of delivering sales strategies amongst a variety of mid-market clientele.

✅ What you’ll do:

  • Sell Bonusly’s amazing products to mid-market market customers

  • Own the entire sales process from end to end: Generate new leads, convert leads, conduct discovery calls, conduct demos, negotiate contracts and close deals

  • Manage/multi thread and convert a high volume of inbound sales leads

  • Prospect and generate leads to create outbound processing of sales functions

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in of mid-market level, and set an awesome example for the rest of our best in class team

  • Use a variety of modern sales technologies (Social selling, automation tools) technologies to proactively sell to C-Level Executives

  • Foster practices that encourage improvement and bias towards action through retrospection, learning and outcomes.  

  • Join an inclusive, collaborative, and skilled sales team that loves to sell reliable, scalable, intuitive, and useful products.

💚You’re a great fit if you..

  • Have 2+ years of professional complex B2B software sales experience, preferably within a SaaS environment. 

  • Have 1+ years of experience selling Software in the Mid Market space

  • Are ambitious and motivated with a #Get-It-Done attitude that will drive you to convert inbound leads

  • Have experience prospecting your own leads, and are excited about the idea of proactively sourcing your own leads

  • Have experience selling to C-Level executives

  • Have experience selling Human Resources (or related) Technologies

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $60,000-$85,000

  • 100% of Base Target Commission + Equity
