SUMMARY

We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to develop and implement scalable solutions for our sales technology stack, driving the next phase of our growth. This role involves strategy and execution, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

This role is 100% remote and can be located anywhere in the US.

Vice President, Revenue Operations

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • System Administration: Oversee sales processes and user activities. Perform regular maintenance and updates on Salesforce. Stay informed about Salesforce capabilities

  • Salesforce Configuration & Maintenance: Manage and configure Salesforce for various applications. Ensure optimal functionality and integration of Salesforce tools

  • Strategic Stakeholder Management: be a self-directed owner of the core Revenue (Sales) Operations tech stack and act as a leader who engages autonomously with senior leaders & stakeholders

  • User Support & Training: Act as the primary contact for Sales Salesforce support. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support

  • Implementation & Integration: Implement and integrate third-party applications with Salesforce. Assist with new feature rollouts and functionality enhancements

  • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce

  • Technical Interface: Serve as a liaison between business users and external partners. Solve complex business challenges with scalable solutions

  • Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain up-to-date documentation and best practices. Evaluate third-party solutions for compatibility and efficiency

  • Data Governance & Integrations: Design and execute data integrations and updates. Ensure best practices for data governance

  • Communication & Collaboration: Manage project updates and cross-functional team collaboration.Provide support and training to ensure smooth project execution

  • The duties and responsibilities outlined above are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned from time to time based on business needs.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in a deep operational role with extensive Salesforce experience

  • Proficiency with lead routing tools (e.g., ChiliPiper) and sales workflow platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach)

  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience and 2+ years with the Lightning platformAdvanced Salesforce Administration Certification preferred (+ any other Salesforce certifications are a plus)

  • Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work with non-technical business leaders and manage stakeholder relationships

  • Self-driven with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations

  • Experience with audit/SOX requirements and CPQ systems is a plus

WHAT WE OFFER

- Base Salary of $130,000 - $150,000
