We are searching for a dynamic and innovative Account Executive with experience in consultative sales, software development, and consulting to join our talented team.

Position Overview:
As an Account Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, opening doors to new opportunities and acting as the client representative and advocate within the business. Your primary responsibility will be to identify client needs and challenges, guiding them toward tailored solutions that leverage our extensive expertise. Your understanding of business building, web development, UX design, and product ownership will enable you to engage in meaningful conversations, connecting technical possibilities with aspirations.

This is a performance-driven, fully remote position, allowing for flexibility while holding you accountable for the impact you generate. You’ll be responsible for closing incoming leads, creating your own leads, and closing new accounts. This job is primarily focused on generating new logos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engagement: Proactively network and cultivate relationships with potential clients through meetings, presentations, and industry events, including trade shows, to position our firm as a trusted partner in potential clients’ growth journey.

  • Consultative Approach: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, providing insightful strategies that align their objectives with our innovative solutions.

  • Technical Acumen: Utilize your foundational knowledge of web technologies and UX principles to effectively discuss project architecture and planning, ensuring clients see the full potential of their in-house offerings.

  • Accountability & Drive: Manage your sales pipeline effectively, consistently achieving targets through strategic outreach and follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or Business Developer, preferably within a SaaS business.

  • Familiarity with web technologies and UX principles; experience in web development is a plus, but not a requirement.

  • Strong critical thinking skills and creativity, with an ability to assess situations and develop actionable plans that foster growth.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead discussions and affect change within client organizations.

  • A track record of accountability and delivering results-driven solutions.

Compensation:

This is a full-time role that starts at $50k base plus 7 - 12% commission. Base pay will rise to $75k after the quota has been met for two quarters running. 

The average new sale is over $50k. Our sales cycle is between 1 and 5 months, and the quota is set at $750,000 for year one.
