
Senior Account Manager
About the role
As a Senior Account Manager at Booming Games, you will focus on UK market and you will be a vital link between the company and our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. If you are passionate about iGaming and have a proven track record of success in account management, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers
Develop strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers
Act as main point of contact within the organization for your customers
Develop sector and market expertise and take a consultative approach to gain a clear understanding of the customers’ business drivers and requirements
Continual monitoring of client feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the Product department
Represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators
Regularly report KPIs, status of accounts to Head of Account Management
Requirements
Previous B2B iGaming experience is a must, ideally as an Account Manager or Casino Manager
Fluent English is a must
Ideally based in the UK or Gibraltar
Self-starter and motivated to succeed individual with highly developed social and communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Able to handle difficult clients and the pressure that comes along with it
A problem solver proactive approach
Ability to cope with a fast-paced, complex and rapidly changing environment
Commercially minded, with strong analytical / numerical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently, with very little supervision

This full-time position can be a permanent employment in the UK or on a freelance basis for contractors in Gibraltar
