‍Role Overview
‍As a Project Manager focused on digital projects, your primary role will involve coordinating and overseeing our digital marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will not be executing marketing tasks directly but will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring our projects' success.

‍Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Manage project timelines, resources, and scopes effectively. Ensure all digital marketing projects are progressing smoothly, meeting milestones, and achieving desired outcomes.
‍Team Collaboration: Act as the liaison between marketing, creative teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
‍Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team.
‍Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered without hitches.
‍Reporting and Analysis: Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders, using data to drive decisions and improvements.

‍What We’re Looking For
Proven Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience in a digital or marketing agency setting.
‍Digital Savvy: A good understanding of digital marketing landscapes, including influencer marketing and creator marketplaces, with an ability to guide projects in these areas effectively.
‍Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
‍Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
‍Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to navigate challenges, think critically, and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
