Head of Marketing (Remote)

About Browse AI

We’re a fast growing remote-first SaaS startup redefining the future of how millions of people use and access information from the internet.

To date we've empowered over 450,000 teams and individuals with access to web data that was once a luxury only big enterprises could afford. In 2 years, we’ve grown to nearly ~$2M ARR with a small Marketing and Sales team, and now need the right Marketing leader to help accelerate that growth.

We're seeking a talented and strategic Head of Marketing to be a foundational member of our team. You will grow and build a marketing team that deeply understands our market, customer, mission, and owns strategy and resource deployment to build a revered brand.

Reporting directly to our CEO, Ardy, and working closely with our Head of Sales, Jesse, you’ll be leading the marketing team responsible for developing and executing strategies that generate B2B Demand, drives product-led revenue and improve brand awareness across multiple channels.

What you will be engaged in

  • You will collaborate closely with our Head of Sales (Jesse) to refine how we execute our PLG/PLS sales process.

  • You’ll establish the marketing department's strategic vision, setting clear priorities, key performance indicators (KPIs), goals, and a roadmap that supports the overarching business objectives.

  • You’ll work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive and effective product launches and marketing initiatives.

  • You’ll monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize future strategies for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand activities on sales pipeline, revenue, sales cycle length, and CAC efficiency.

  • You’ll define and refine product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value proposition to target audiences and differentiates our products in the market.

  • You’ll align customer acquisition and retention plans to the P&L budget through forecasting and management of LTV, CAC, ROAS, new/repeat customer revenue, customer growth and sustained engagement rate.

  • You’ll conduct market research, competitive tracking and analysis of market data to identify market trends, develop new and enhanced marketing programs and gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.

  • You’ll develop and execute strategic communications plans to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints, fostering trust and credibility with our audience.

  • You’ll be responsible for generating new ideas for channels and campaigns, aggressively testing your theories, and scaling winners while cutting losers.

  • You’ll identify strategic partnerships and distribution channels that can accelerate growth and expand our market reach. Evaluate, select, and manage outside vendors that contribute to demand programs and hold them accountable for performance.
