Customer Success Manager


As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the voice of the customer and ensure their success by helping them make the most of their investment in bunny.net. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to relentless innovation, and customer obsession, to help deliver exceptional customer experiences from day one.

You will own the relationship of your customers, drive the adoption of our products and services, and introduce new cutting-edge products and technology on a regular basis. Your understanding of our products helps your customers realise their business goals.

You will be responsible for preparing and leading business reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and tracking any support issues. You will manage internal stakeholders, escalate when necessary, and do everything in your power to ensure Customer Success.

What will you do?

  • Forge strong relationships with our customers and our internal teams.

  • Design, prepare, and deliver regular business reviews for our top customers.

  • Ensure that customers efficiently adopt their products and services and provide proactive support.

  • Navigate the customer organization and introduce new products and services to appropriate teams.

  • Prioritize customer requests and organize internal teams to drive success.

  • Leverage data and use it to make sound business decisions.

  • Track customer feedback and build key customer success metrics.

  • Advocate on behalf of the customers and raise feature requests and product gaps.

  • Introduce new cutting-edge products and identify opportunities for existing customer growth.

  • Occasionally travel to meet with customers on-site, attend industry events, or participate in team meetings.

What will you add?

  • 5+ years experience in a Customer Success or other Account Management role.

  • Customer obsession with a deep passion for solving customer problems.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment both independently and as part of a team.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

  • Strong skills in data analysis and interpreting key metrics.

  • Ability to work effectively across departments with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

  • Basic understanding of how the internet works - Servers, Client Devices, Network, and Cloud Infrastructure.
