Remote Executive Assistant (Full-Time)

This is a full-time remote position to assist a CEO with multiple businesses in the US.

The CEO needs a highly-skilled, tech-savvy, and experienced executive assistant who can help with:

  • Travel research, coordination, and booking management - Email management

  • Schedule management - Sourcing and management of vendors for personal and business purposes - Online research for various purposes (gifts, purchasing, restaurants, activities, etc.)

  • Assisting with mergers and acquisition tasks (research, calling business owners to explore opportunities, setting up meetings, creating spreadsheets, etc.)

  • Assisting CEO's parents with similar things noted above

  • Managing daily or weekly recurring tasks that CEO can delegate (data entry, file management, etc.)

  • Calling potential new customers to provide general information or for follow ups

  • Customer service (simple follow-ups)

  • Some hiring tasks (job postings, initial screening and selection)

  • Approving and signing documents

  • Deal flow assistance, NDA signing, buyer profile completions, etc

Role Classification: Independent Contractor

CEO Location: Florida, USA

Communication: CEO prefers to communicate via iPhone/WhatsApp through texts & voice notes, and email. Assistant can centrally manage tasks however they want.

Availability Expectation: Must be ready & available for on-call assistance 9am to 10pm EST including weekends. Given the on-call nature, full utilization is not anticipated to be always required (approx. 20-40 hrs/ week of actual work). Tasks are generally non-urgent (except for travel assistance requirements). Exclusive engagement with this client is required.

Compensation: A monthly salary of $1.5k-$2.5k USD (depending on expertise and level of experience) paid once a month as a contractor (1099).
