We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who will scale and enable our enterprise accounts across all segments in Spain to reach their critical process orchestration and automation goals in a fully remote position. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in selling technology to different verticals in your region. You’ll benefit from Camunda’s growth model, and recognition as a leader in the Process Orchestration & Automation category to grow the region. On your path to success, you'll partner closely with your Account teams and Partners across the region. Camunda’s GTM organization is driven by a fully remote workforce that emphasizes accountability, agility, and collaboration.
What you'll be doing:
Driving ARR growth from new business and expansion of existing customers through complex sales cycles including; technical discovery and evaluations, presentations, financial and legal negotiations, and on-site customer meetings when necessary
Articulating Camunda’s value proposition and vision to multiple levels of technical and business leadership
Collaboration and partnering with Camunda Solutions Engineering, Product leaders, and Partners (GSI and Regional) to understand and support customer use cases
What you bring:
5+ of experience and overachieving quota in Spain in software sales (Enterprises >5,000 employees)
5+ years of experience selling complex IT products or solutions and navigating complex buying centers across business and IT
Examples of successfully selling into IT and Business at C-level within Enterprise accounts
Expert in Sales Methodologies such as MEDDICC and Challenger Sales
A strategic thinker who can create and lead successful execution of Account Plans
Proven track record of building new Pipeline generation via outbound campaigns
Strong collaborator, innovator and problem solver
Fluency in English and Spanish
Nice to haves:
Deep industry knowledge with one of BFSI, Telco, Public Sector a strong plus
Familiarity with Automation technology a plus

What We Have to Offer:
Compensation
We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.
The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:
United States: $244,600 to $403,600
Germany: €158,000 to €261,400
United Kingdom: ÂŁ153,600 to ÂŁ252,600
Singapore: S$303,800 to S$455,700
If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview.
