App Store Optimization Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced App Store Optimization (ASO) Manager to join our team and help us increase the visibility and downloads of our games on various app stores. As our App Store Optimization Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective ASO strategies to improve the visibility and download rates of our games on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

You will...

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and phrases for each game and optimizing app titles, descriptions, and metadata accordingly

  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling app store assets, including screenshots, videos, and app icons

  • Monitor app store performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization

  • Conduct store listing experiments and test different custom store listings on a regular basis

  • Work with external partners, including app store representatives and mobile advertising networks, to improve our app store rankings and visibility

  • Provide regular reports on app store performance, including download rates, rankings, and user feedback

Requirements

  • +3 years of experience in ASO management, preferably in the mobile gaming industry

  • A proven track record of improving app store performance, including increased download rates and higher app store rankings

  • Deep understanding of ASO best practices, including keyword research and optimization, metadata optimization, and app store asset creation

  • Experience with app store analytics, optimization tools, (e.g. data.ai)and ASO platforms, (e.g. AppRadar, AppTweak)

  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools (e.g. Firebase) to test different versions of app store assets and determine the most effective options

  • (Bonus) Being able to write scripts in SQL to automate ASO for multiple languages and titles
