The Position:
We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive product growth and solidify ClickGUARD's brand identity across a multitude of digital marketing channels.

This position is open only to proven product marketing manager with a track record of overseeing all aspects of product marketing, from campaign development to budget management and analytics. Prior experience working with B2B tech companies and a strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics are essential.


Responsibilities
Product Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase product adoption and user engagement.

  • Analyze market trends and user feedback to recommend product improvements.

Branding:

  • Elevate the ClickGUARD brand by developing a cohesive and compelling brand strategy.

  • Ensure all marketing communications align with our brand identity.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, webinars, and affiliate marketing.

  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficiency in all campaigns.

Analytics:

  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and demonstrate ROI on marketing campaigns.

  • Implement and leverage marketing analytics tools to track performance and make informed decisions.

Lead Aquisition and Funnel Building:

  • Develop and optimize lead acquisition funnels to drive customer growth.

  • Create and manage abandonment flows to re-engage users and reduce churn.

Content Creation:

  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including blog posts, white papers, and case studies, that resonate with our target audience.

  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing (depending on your target audience).

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive product growth.

  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and ROI measurement.

  • Excellent written and verbal C1+ English communication skills.

  • Experience with content marketing, social media marketing, and digital marketing a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

  • Passion for ClickGUARD's mission and target audience.
