Content Marketing Manager

We partner with PACE, government agencies, and community-based organizations to advance care delivery and improve outcomes for the communities they serve. 

Job Overview 

The Content Manager at Collabrios Health will be both a strategic and hands-on marketing professional responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing high-impact content that drives engagement, supports sales, and fuels thought leadership. 

The ideal candidate brings a creative, narrative-driven mindset combined with strategic precision—someone who can develop compelling messaging across multiple channels while ensuring content aligns with Collabrios’ brand, audience, and business objectives. In addition to overseeing content production, this leader will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure content drives measurable business outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities 

Content Strategy & Thought Leadership 

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that strengthens Collabrios’ thought leadership, brand authority, and sales enablement initiatives. 

  • Create content plans that align with business objectives, campaigns, product launches, and industry trends. 

  • Research and produce thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and industry insights that resonate with target audiences. 

RFPs & Sales Enablement 

  • Lead the creation and management of RFP responses, proposals, and sales scripts that clearly communicate Collabrios’ value proposition. 

  • Partner with Sales to develop messaging frameworks, presentations, and one-pagers that accelerate deal velocity and enhance client engagement. 

  • Continuously refine content based on feedback, performance metrics, and sales team input to ensure maximum impact. 

Digital & Multi-Channel Content 

  • Produce and optimize email campaigns, newsletters, social content, and web copy that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. 

  • Ensure all content reflects Collabrios’ brand voice, tone, and messaging across channels. 

  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creatives to deliver visually compelling content assets. 

Social Media Strategy & Execution 

  • Develop and manage Collabrios’ social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms. 

  • Craft compelling posts, articles, and campaigns that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support lead generation. 

  • Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and optimize content to maximize reach and impact. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to amplify thought leadership, product launches, events, and campaign content. 

Analytics & Optimization 

  • Monitor content performance, engagement metrics, and audience insights to inform strategy and improve results. 

  • Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for continuous content improvement. 

  • Maintain a content calendar that ensures timely delivery of all assets while maximizing efficiency and alignment across teams. 

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment 

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure content supports campaigns, pipeline goals, and overall brand positioning. 

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment across departments to maximize the impact of content initiatives. 

  • Champion best practices for content creation, organization, and distribution within the marketing team. 

Requirements

What You Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field. 

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, with proven success in developing thought leadership, RFPs, and sales enablement materials. 

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. 

  • Experience managing content calendars and multi-channel content campaigns. 

  • Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. 

  • Analytical ability to measure content performance and drive data-informed improvements. 

Bonus Points if you have: 

  • Experience in the healthcare, government, or B2B SaaS space. 

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Canva, or other content tools. 

  • Experience in startup, growth-stage, or PE-backed environments. 

  • A track record of building content processes from the ground up. 

  • Interest or experience in creating multimedia content (videos, infographics, podcasts, etc.).
