We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing to take our marketing efforts to the next level.
About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader who can own and execute our marketing roadmap. You’ll be responsible for scaling our inbound lead-generation channels, improving organic and paid traffic performance, and strengthening our brand presence across platforms.
You should thrive in a self-starter environment, love solving challenges, and be comfortable executing as much as you are leading.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our company's growth goals.
Manage and optimize SEO to increase organic website traffic and rankings.
Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns.
Oversee social media strategy from content planning to performance tracking.
Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including automation workflows and lead nurturing sequences.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing and revenue goals.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications
3+ years in a marketing role, ideally in a marketing or lead generation agency environment.
Proven experience in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Strong knowledge of HubSpot, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs/SEMrush
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Native English speaker / fluent in English.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Availability to overlap at least 2/3 of your working hours with CST/EST.
No agencies or fractional workers. This is a full-time position.
