Our team becomes your sales development engine, providing the people, data, technology and campaign execution to give you more selling opportunities.
We manage everything from data sourcing to copywriting to campaign management, creating more pipeline and revenue for your business.
We’re now looking for a Head of Marketing who can build, run, and scale our marketing function. This is a hands-on role — you’ll be both setting strategy and doing the work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the marketing roadmap — from planning to execution to measurement.
Grow inbound lead flow through both organic and paid channels.
Run our SEO strategy and continuously improve rankings and traffic.
Plan, test, and optimize paid campaigns (primarily Google/LinkedIn).
Manage our social presence and content calendar.
Build and optimize email and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot (including automation).
Track performance, report outcomes, and adjust quickly.
Work closely with sales to ensure alignment between marketing activity and revenue goals.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in a marketing role where you’ve owned channels—not just assisted.
Experience in a lead gen, B2B agency, or performance-driven environment is ideal.
Strong hands-on skills with SEO, paid acquisition, social, and email where you focused on US customers.
Comfortable with HubSpot, Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Ahrefs/SEMrush.
Very comfortable analyzing data and making decisions from it.
Strong writing skills (you’ll be shaping positioning + messaging).
Fluent/native English.
Able to work independently and communicate clearly.
Must overlap at least 2/3 of your workday with CST/EST.
This is a full-time role — not for agencies or fractional consultants.
