Inside Sales Representative

Since 2009 Conversant Group has helped more than 500 customers understand their security posture, address their vulnerabilities and threats, actively defend against those threats, and restore operations following a breach (should one unfortunately occur).  We are growing exponentially and are looking for A Players to support our Account Executives as they sell our comprehensive solutions to prospects and existing customers within a given territory.

About The Position:

The Inside Sales Representative is an integral part of the sales process. You’ll work closely with your AE to provide hardware, software, and service quotes to your assigned customers and prospects, process orders, and interact with prospects and customers to acquire new and upsell business. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate quotes and proposals for products and services, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy.

  • Ensure all contract documentation is accurate and up-to-date

  • Process clean orders working with our deal desk team

  • Plan and attend events with sales and marketing team

  • Develop and maintain channel partnerships with reps

  • Prospect into Tier 2 and 3 accounts to drive more pipeline build through email campaigns, outbound calling, and LinkedIn/Social outreach

  • Follow up on marketing and various channel leads in a timely manner

  • Work with the Account Executive to develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients

Qualifications, Requirements & Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or related field.

  • General understanding of sales process

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • High sense of urgency, lead with integrity

  • Thrive in fast paced, dynamic environment
