Product Marketing Manager at Conveyor

Conveyor is looking for a high-agency Product Marketing Manager to own our product story, positioning, and go-to-market motion. You will bridge the gap between Product and Sales, turning complex AI capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives that help us win more deals faster.

This is not a "ship one-pagers and wait for feedback" role. If you need a pre-defined playbook or a large team to execute, this will be a bad fit. If you thrive on deep customer discovery, building launch systems from scratch, and being the person who "owns the story" at a fast-moving AI startup, you will excel here.

About Conveyor

Enterprise software companies live and die by the speed of their sales cycles. But somewhere between "we love the product" and "contract signed," deals stall, buried under security questionnaires, NDA reviews, and procurement paperwork that has nothing to do with value.

Conveyor fixes that.

We build AI-powered software that helps security and customer trust teams run a winning security review process. Our platform automates the manual work so teams can close deals faster, answer fewer repetitive questions, and scale without burning out.

We're AI-native, not AI-washed. Our agents help teams do work that wasn't possible before. If you want to build something that matters at a company that's moving fast and winning, this is your spot.

The role

Reporting to Head-of-Marketing, you will own the product narrative, ICP refinement, sales enablement, and launch execution. You will work directly with the Head of Product and Sales leadership to ensure our GTM efforts are united and effective.

What success looks like

  • ICP clarity and messaging: Own, refine, and expand our ICP and TAM through product marketing strategy and guidance.

  • A Unified Narrative: Define company and product narrative with leadership and ensure that the company is aligned around strategic positioning and messaging.

  • A Repeatable Launch OS: A co-developed playbook for launching products across tiers that drives documented pipeline.

  • Measurable Sales Acceleration: Documented improvement in competitive win rates and collateral usage across the organization.

What you’ll do

  • Own the Product Story: Define and own the messaging and positioning for Conveyor and its products to accelerate sales.

  • Audit and Refresh ICP: Complete deep discovery with sales and product teams to update our ICP based on current win patterns and AI motion.

  • Accelerate sales: Create the definitive first-meeting deck that covers product value, customer proof, and our core narrative.

  • Build the Launch OS: Partner with Product to create a repeatable GTM launch process covering timelines, roles, and commercial objectives.

  • Enable the Sales Team: Deliver high-impact training and build the competitive intelligence program (battle cards, objection guides) needed to win.

This role requires a specific kind of operator

You are likely a fit if most of these are true:

  • Experience: You have 4+ years in B2B SaaS Marketing, with 3+ years specifically in Product Marketing.

  • Evidence of Impact: You have direct evidence of overhauling positioning in a complex market to lift win rates.

  • Storytelling Mastery: You can explain how you simplified technical "spaghetti" into a narrative that made enterprise buyers lean in.

  • AI Fluency: You are a genuine AI practitioner who uses AI tools to work faster and can position AI value props credibly.

  • Executional Rigor: You move fast, maintain your own roadmap, and can operate as a solo IC in an ambiguous environment.

Bonus points (not required)

  • Experience marketing to security, trust, or compliance (InfoSec/GRC) personas.

  • Experience building repeatable GTM playbooks or internal measurement frameworks for PMM.
