Lead Generation Executive
Job Summary:
The Lead Generation Executive at Creative Chaos will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating leads that will eventually become clients or customers. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Mining and Research: Use various online tools, databases, and search techniques to find and collect relevant information about potential leads
Database Management: Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring that information is accurate, organized, and up-to-date
Automation Tools: Utilize software and automation tools to streamline the lead extraction process
Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead extraction activities, including the number of leads generated, quality of leads, and sources used
Email Marketing and campaign: Execute lead generation campaigns through various channels such as email marketing
CRM Management: Manage and track leads in the CRM system, ensuring they are properly segmented and nurtured
Maintain backup: Maintain backup and handle larger sheets
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in lead generation or sales
Proficiency in data mining and web scraping tools like skrapp.io, email extractor, and other Chrome extensions
Strong analytical skills to evaluate lead quality
Attention to detail to ensure accurate data extraction
Familiarity with CRM like Salesforce, Instantly, HubSpot etc (Customer Relationship Management) systems
Basic understanding of the target market and industry
Experience in email marketing will be a plus
Understanding of digital marketing and lead generation techniques
Familiarity with the whitelisting and domain warming procedures will be a plus
Must be good in Excel and know basic formulas of Excel
