We are looking for a creative senior content marketing specialist to join our Creative Content Marketing Team. You will play a vital role in driving innovative content strategies that shape the future of the industry. Above all, your work will directly impact how we engage with our audience and elevate our brand’s influence in the market.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Creatopy's goals and audience insights

• Craft compelling narratives across whitepapers, ebooks, guides, blog posts, webinars, and more, showcasing how Creatopy empowers design leaders and quantifying the impact

• Go beyond blog posts. Craft in-depth whitepapers, ebooks, and guides that position Creatopy as the go-to solution for senior designers, art directors, and creative directors

• Build meaningful relationships with industry thought leaders and publications. Secure guest posts, and interviews that amplify Creatopy's reach and brand awareness

• Ensure your content is easily discoverable by your target audience. Optimize for search engines and establish Creatopy as a trusted resource for design leaders

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop content aligned with overall business goals and audience insights

• Analyze content performance, identify opportunities, and refine strategies for continuous improvement. Report on campaign success, content impact, and overall channel growth

• Craft engaging and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing materials, including web pages, email campaigns, advertisements, and product descriptions, ensuring clarity and impact

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, ensuring all content aligns with strategic goals.

• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools is a must to measure and optimize content performance. Identify content opportunities through market insights and performance analysis.

• Embrace experimentation, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and actively seek out new challenges.

Who you are:

• You are a proactive individual with strong project management skills and a keen eye for process optimization. You don't wait to be told what to do, you actively seek out new opportunities and challenges.

• You are a good communicator who enjoys sharing insights with your team

• You are a flexible, creative self-starter comfortable with risk-taking and change

• You are skilled at crafting compelling narratives that educate, inspire, and ignite action

• You are adept at analyzing data and using insights to inform content strategy

• You are proficient in marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize content performance

• You have 5+ years of experience in B2B content creation, ideally within the design or marketing software space.

• You have a proven track record: A portfolio brimming with high-quality, engaging content that resonates with senior-level creatives

• You have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization

• You have strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor your voice to different audiences.

• You have ownership and accountability for your work
