Integrated Growth Strategist

As an Integrated Growth Strategist, your primary role is to lead client strategy and own our client relationships. You’ll be partnering with our clients to improve their business performance through Conversion Rate Optimization and Lifecycle Marketing using a data-driven and experimentation approach across a diverse set of industries from such as e-commerce, fintech, non-profit, hospitality/travel & tourism. You’ll spend much of your time interfacing with clients and colleagues, including program managers and engineers. Integrated Growth Strategists must be able to generate data-driven ideas that will drive client ROI including revenue and other key metrics on client websites.

What makes a great candidate:

  • Ability to foster effective interpersonal connections

  • Experience working in digital growth marketing, including CRO and/or lifecycle (particularly email & SMS)

  • Hands-on experience analyzing digital business data to inform decisions and build a strategic account plan

  • Experience with optimization programs that embrace a continuous cycle of iterative testing: designing roadmaps, analysis, generating insights, calculating business impact

  • Experience driving revenue through customer engagement and brand loyalty

  • Experience in user experience (UX), web analytics or similar role(s) on consumer-facing web properties

  • Familiarity with leading testing (e.g. Optimizely, Convert, VWO, Dynamic Yield, Adobe Target) and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Hubspot, Mailchimp)

  • Proven record driving impact with a holistic marketing approach

Compensation: $90-$110k plus benefits. (Most offers fall within the middle of the range)
