E-mail Marketing Specialist

Аs part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our remote team.

Responsibilities

• Creation and launch of email newsletters and automated email sequences.

• Database management and segmentation to ensure targeted communication.

• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance: open rate, click-through rate, conversions.

• Checking email deliverability and spam scores to maintain high-quality mailing standards.

• Continuous improvement of email effectiveness through A/B testing and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Experience designing emails using drag-and-drop builders in email marketing platforms.

• Solid experience working with tools like Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytical systems to track campaign results.

• Comfortable working with time management tools and Google Drive products.

• B2+ level of English or higher – ability to write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content.

• Copywriting skills for crafting compelling subject lines and calls-to-action.

• Experience using graphic editors such as Figma or Photoshop for visual email content.
