
Demand Generation Manager
YOUR MISSION
As a Demand Generation Manager at deepset, you will play an important role in driving our company's growth and establishing deepset as a leader to the forefront of our industry.
You’ll maintain a calendar of demand generation campaigns, tactics, and metrics to optimize awareness and lead generation efforts, and drive exceptional outcomes.
You’ll contribute to building our campaign’s best practices based on experimental and analytical efforts.

YOUR IMPACT
Plan and execute innovative lead generation campaigns, and track, measure and communicate their results, always aiming for optimization for efficiency and scale
Execute and report on campaigns communication, including email, digital, lead-nurturing, and ABM, while coordinating with key stakeholders throughout the planning and execution process, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Developer Relations
Build a solid understanding of our audience and segmentation, understanding the personas and their position in the different stages of the sales cycle, and list curation to drive campaign strategies and outreach
Work closely with Sales and make sure lead generation activities and outreach are aligned
Assist in creating an automated nurture sequence in coordination with Sales and Product Marketing
Partner with our Product Marketing team to align messaging, content and Sales Playbooks, and contribute with analytics to consolidate relevant solutions and uses cases that should roll into each campaign
Take over responsibility of planning, scheduling, promoting and executing deepset’s webinars
YOUR PROFILE
Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably with 4-8 years experience, with strong knowledge of running demand generation campaigns. Experience with marketing a complex enterprise technology solution is desirable
Being up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually optimize our marketing campaigns
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), effective collaboration and stakeholder management
Analytical mindset, with good understanding of metrics and impacts in the customer journey, and capable to propose optimization
Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Hubspot, Google analytics, Zoom Info, ABM platform, and Zoom (webinars) - or equivalent
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SEO tools, and Asana will be considered a plus
