🎨 The Role: Senior Creative Lead

Degreed is at an inflection point. With a strong product and clear market position, we’re ready to evolve our visual identity and creative capabilities. This is a greenfield opportunity to reshape the Degreed brand and elevate creative craft at scale.

Reporting to the VP, Brand & Communications, you’ll lead creative vision across all touchpoints—web, campaigns, events, social, executive storytelling, sales enablement, and thought leadership. You’ll manage a small design team, partner with agencies, and pioneer AI-enabled workflows to accelerate quality and output.

This role blends craft and strategy:

  • 50% hands-on creative work

  • 30% team leadership

  • 20% building scalable systems

📌 Responsibilities

  • Shape the brand: refresh Degreed’s visual identity and ensure consistency across all channels

  • Lead creative work: art direct major campaigns, events, and executive storytelling

  • Build creative operations: move from reactive delivery to proactive, scalable workflows

  • Champion AI workflows: apply tools like Midjourney, Firefly, Runway to accelerate output

  • Develop talent: mentor a small team, manage freelancers/agencies

  • Partner across teams: align creative with marketing, sales, product, and leadership goals

🎯 Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, HR/learning tech

  • Experience with brand refresh or rebrand projects

  • Skills in motion design, video, or animation

  • Knowledge of UX principles and web design

  • Familiarity with creative AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, Claude

  • Understanding of accessibility design

  • Contract type: CLT (Brazil)

  • Monthly pay range: R$ 25,000 – R$ 30,000

  • Final package depends on skills, experience, and internal equity
