We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid acquisition efforts across multiple channels. This role is critical to driving lead generation, improving customer acquisition efficiency, and boosting conversion rates. You’ll be responsible for managing paid campaigns, leveraging data to optimize performance, and working cross-functionally to scale our marketing efforts.

Who we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing at a B2B SaaS company

  • Familiarity with lead sourcing and enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, Clearbit) to help identify and target high-quality leads

  • Ability to segment audiences and build lookalike audiences for targeted campaigns

  • Strong expertise in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (paid social and SEM) across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and X

  • Experience with conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing and landing page optimization

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics tools like hotjar

  • Proficiency in managing cold email sequences for outreach and lead generation

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize campaign performance.

  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you'll do

  • Manage and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple paid media platforms, ensuring strong ROI and customer acquisition efficiency

  • Utilize lead sourcing and enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, Clearbit) to improve lead quality and target your campaigns more effectively.

  • Build, segment, and refine audience targeting, including the use of lookalike audiences and remarketing strategies

  • Develop and optimize cold email campaigns, ensuring high deliverability and engagement for lead generation.

  • Optimize landing pages and paid ads through A/B testing and conversion rate optimization 

  • Leverage review sites like G2 and Capterra to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

  • Analyze campaign data, report on key metrics (CPL, ROI), and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve performance

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in paid media and performance marketing to ensure we’re always ahead of the curve
