Sr Digital Strategist

Summary of the role:

We are looking for a senior digital strategist that will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns and SEO efforts. 

The role requires strong analytical ability to measure the effects that paid campaign changes and web content optimizations have on impressions, clicks and other conversion metrics, and to articulate those results in terms of revenue impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI across all paid and organic channels that hit pipeline acquisition and revenue goals. 

  • Manage in house Google, LinkedIn and other Ad Platform campaigns

  • Optimize website, copy and landing environment/Lead Forms/Landing Pages to drive results in organic and paid campaigns

  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization including updating competitive sets assessments

  • Develop and implement link building strategy

  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming

  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords and audiences

  • Design and propose SEO experiments to test new techniques and strategies for growth

  • Partner with Campaign Managers and Growth Operations in all aspects of campaign execution including nurturing leads, proper data flow, lead routing and lead scoring. 

Qualifications

  • Proven SEO, SEM and PPC experience

  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Adobe, Etc.)

  • Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Kenshoo)

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, etc. development and constraints including technical SEO

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM

  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
