HR Data Analyst (100% remote-friendly within Spain/Poland)

Job Description

Our primary objective is to assist business in making decisions based on data, with a particular emphasis on producing global reports as the primary and most reliable source of information. A team of 12 experts provides support to various departments, including marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and people experience, for both short-term and long-term projects. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, we strive to develop reports, analyses, models, and recommendations that enable us to gain a deep understanding of how we can enhance the satisfaction of both doctors and patients.

How would you be impacting our mission?

  • Derive facts from data and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations;

  • Support the People Experience (HR) team with identifying opportunities and making intelligent, data-driven decisions. You will execute end-to-end data projects and be the main point of contact for the internal stakeholders;

  • Leverage reporting, data analytics, data quality and visualization to provide insights for routine and ad-hoc operational requests;

  • Co-creating key definitions of KPIs, and ensuring their global alignment.
     

Qualifications

What will help you thrive?

  • Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights;

  • Have 2+ years of experience in the business/ data/ HR analysis area;

  • Experience in working with business oriented teams, knowing how to adjust their way of explanation to the audience;

  • Experience in data management and visualization (experience in Tableau is a plus);

  • Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research; can work with multiple sources of data;

  • Experience in leading and executing end-to-end Data projects;

  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences;

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

  • Have a degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics or a related field;

  • Experience in working in an international team;

  • Can take a step back from the technicalities and examine them through a business lens;
