WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re on the hunt for a Creative Strategist who lives at the intersection of digital performance and powerful storytelling. Someone who thrives on decoding what makes a product resonate, transforming insights into innovative creative, and leading with strategy that converts across social platforms.

You’re not just a big thinker—you’re a high-output executor who understands performance media and knows how to rally a creative team to deliver work that wins. Must be leaning heavily into AI tools to help drive creative delivery and execution. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Analyze an array of products, services and brands to identify compelling messaging angles and creative strategies that will captivate and engage the target audience to take action

  • Communicate closely with clients to refine concepts, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with their brand vision and marketing goals

  • Produce high volumes of creative briefs across a wide variety of industries and verticals on a daily/weekly basis

  • Ensure high-quality work is presented to digital teams and clients with rapid feedback to creative designers as well as creators

  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and generate bold, impactful ideas for digital ads, including video, images, and user-generated content (UGC).

  • Develop and iterate concepts based on learnings, advancing ideas to full-fledged social media ads that convert on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Craft persuasive, attention-grabbing copy that speaks directly to consumers and inspires action, from curiosity to conversion.

  • Partner closely with Growth Managers to analyze performance, optimize assets, and scale winning campaigns

  • Write clear, strategic briefs to align creative direction with brand vision and campaign KPIs

  • Mentor junior strategists and help shape the creative department as we scale

  • Screen and hire top-tier creatives to expand our in-house capabilities

  • Constantly research, test, and refine strategies based on market trends and platform evolution

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 2-3+ years in social advertising, with a focus on strategy, copywriting, and performance creative

  • A portfolio of work that proves you understand how to make ads that convert (not just look good)

  • Hands-on experience within a creative team of 3–6+ people

  • Proven track record of analyzing and generating creative for 30+ brands monthly ($1-15M in revenue)

  • Ability to hop between industries and verticals across both ecommerce and B2B Lead Gen

  • Mastery of platform-specific content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

  • Comfort working across functions and directly with clients

  • Data-savvy and performance-oriented—you know how to use results to make smart decisions

  • Strong utilization and understanding of AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance ideation, streamline workflows, and inspire high-performing creative concepts

  • Passion for pushing creative boundaries, testing new ideas, and leveling up continuously

  • Deep understanding of market trends, consumer psychology, and storytelling frameworks
