We're looking for a talented Manager, Talent Solutions to join our team and work closely with the product team to drive key business decisions and innovate in critical tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, etc. Your contributions will help shape the future of our organization as we continue to push the boundaries of what's possible.

About the Role

The People Technology Talent team at DoorDash is responsible for building scalable processes, and reliable technology infrastructure to help DoorDash attract and grow our employees.  As part of our People Technology Talent team, you will partner closely with key stakeholders to provide technical expertise, drive efficiencies and deliver high-quality technology solutions.

In this role you’ll be responsible for leading and growing the team that builds the core talent  products and strengthens the platform foundations.  You’ll be working on defining, driving, and delivering the technical roadmap of the org, growing talented architects who can continue to build out our experience systems (Workday and Greenhouse) while defining the underlying infrastructure of DoorDash.

This role will report to the Director of HR Technology.

  • Developing and implementing the strategic vision & roadmap for the Talent Acquisition and Talent Organization technology function

  • Collaborate with key cross-functional leaders to provide solutions that synchronize with the People organization business strategy

  • Oversee the daily functioning, maintenance, and support of Greenhouse, Gem, scheduling, etc. for the Talent Acquisition organization

  • Design technical solutions to support critical performance cycle reviews using Workday

  • Grow our Learning Management technology, Cornerstone and Docebo

  • Establish partnerships with third-party vendors to ensure effective service delivery

  • Recognize prospects for system upgrades, process refinements, and automation to boost operational efficiency and elevate user satisfaction. Engage actively in system upgrade initiatives and their implementation for Talent Acquisition and Talent organization.

  • Lead an exceptional team, fostering a culture of product centricity, iterations and solutioning key problems for our stakeholders

  • Ensure company compliance with Data Privacy Laws, coordinate global compliance efforts with Legal and other stakeholders, and assist in meeting new regional or global data privacy requirements like CCPA, GDPR, etc.

  • Create a focused customer service function with the goal of producing a seamless, excellent user experience for all users and partners

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 6+ years of work experience in Talent Acquisition Technology

  • You are passionate about system optimization, employee & candidate experiences using key tools not limited to Greenhouse, Cornerstone, Gem, GoodTime, etc.

  • You are data-driven, able to analyze data with strong attention to detail and accuracy, and passionate about telling the story behind the data hence turning the data into configuration

  • Strong capacity planner to ensure a high level of team delivery

  • You are a self-motivated and relationship driven

  • You are outcomes-oriented, always evaluating whether our team's activities are achieving the desired, measurable impact, and continuously iterating to ensure the best solution

  • You are an owner, always looking for opportunities to learn and better your work product

  • You are comfortable and thrive in a fast-paced, continually changing team-oriented environment and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

  • You have 3+ years of people leadership, focused on growing and enabling a high performing team

  • You have a BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or equivalent work experience

  • You have an analytical mindset and a “People First” mentality with demonstrated ability to work through complex, ambiguous problems using data and creating configuration solutions based on that data

  • You have strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.  Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington.

$115,600—$170,000 USD
