Remote Opportunity : Europe or USA (East Coast)

Your Opportunity

Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Paid Search, paid Social, Native ads channels, Affiliates & Marketplaces (Ex: Google Ads, Meta, Bing, Taboola…)
Budget Management: Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of spend, aligning with performance goals and operational constraints.
Creative Development: Create and adapt engaging ad assets using tools like Canva, Figma, and emerging AI solutions (e.g., MidJourney, Gemini, Veo-3, ChatGPT, or other generative AI tools) to accelerate creative production, generate variations, and improve ad performance.
Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance, report insights, and propose data-driven optimizations.
Agency & Partner Coordination: Manage day-to-day relationships with external marketing agency and partners to ensure performance goals are met.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with brand, product and operational teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives, provider availability, and brand messaging.
Testing & Optimization: Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to improve conversion rates, lower acquisition costs, and drive continuous improvement across campaigns.
Market Awareness: Stay informed on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

What You Bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; a Master’s is a plus.
Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Experience in digital health or U.S. market familiarity is a plus.
Creative mindset paired with data-driven decision-making.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communicator and collaborator.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.

What Makes You Stand Out

Solid understanding of key marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.).
Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools.
Creative affinity: we’re looking for someone who enjoys the creative side of marketing as much as the analytical side
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Fluency in English; French is a plus. familiarity with U.S. cultural nuances is a plus.
