About the opportunity:

The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for attracting an audience to Drip and driving conversion of new customers through relentless experimentation. The primary responsibility is driving more high value trials and demos.

This role is critical to the success of Drip and in growing our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Test and validate new acquisition channels and regularly report on their performance. 

  • Create and lead marketing campaigns end-to-end that will drive qualified leads to our sales team.

  • Drive co-marketing campaigns with Drip’s technology partners to bring in MQLs.

  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials that will set our sales team up for success in prospecting and sales conversations. 

  • Actively oversee our paid advertising channels and ensure optimal performance. 

  • Manage freelance content resources to support growth goals.

  • Build dashboards, visualizations, and regularly monitor performance data to identify fluctuations and report on targets with the ability to identify key performance drivers.

Requirements: 

  • 4+ years of experience 

  • Have deep knowledge of marketing tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, etc.

  • Able to collaborate with both the US and EU teams when needed:

    • EU - willing to work until 6pm Central European Time (GMT+2)

    • US/MX - willing to start work as early as 6am Eastern Time (GMT -4)

Our Interview Process:

  • Phone Screen with our People Team - 30min

  • Zoom Video Screen with the hiring manager- 45min

  • Team Interview - A chance to meet with other members of the team while you learn more about Drip. This will be around 3 hours through Zoom Video.

  • Team Debrief, we will meet to discuss openly about our conversations and share feedback for the hiring manager's final decision. Regardless of outcome, every candidate will get an update from Drip on their interview status quickly.

  • Offer, we will call the candidate that we hope will be the next Dripster hire!
