You. Our Marketing Automation Manager.

You’re ready for your next big thing. You’re an expert of marketing automation systems, journey architecture, automation design, CRM systems, data feeds, and related best practices. From driving strategy through execution and reporting, you love pulling them all together to drive impact across clients.

What You’ll Do.

  • Own marketing automation at eCity Interactive; leveraging best practices at key moments in the customer lifecycle across email, SMS, and other related marketing automation channels.

  • Manage marketing automation across 5-7 accounts, helping our clients develop, implement, and manage digital brand experiences that align to their overall business objectives. 

  • Support CRM strategy by architecting and executing marketing journeys, automation design, form build, system integrations, customer segmentation, and reporting.

  • Assess data available or required against program needs in order to determine requirements for capture, integration and activation.

  • Define and implement measurement strategies, developing dashboards and analyzing and reporting on delivery and providing post-campaign analysis

  • Partner across eCity to ensure holistic strategy and seamless integration. 

  • Stay up to date on the latest marketing automation trends and best practices.

Why You’re Great.

  • You’re a marketing practitioner with strong technical experience creating, implementing, and optimizing complex marketing automation campaigns to meet client goals.

  • You bring deep expertise managing CRM systems and tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketing Cloud, Marketo and Pardot. 

  • You understand attribution is critical. You’re steeped in best practices for tagging, tracking, and measuring the efficacy of campaigns; evaluating automations, flows, data feeds, and other areas for improvements/growth. 

  • You’re a problem solver (us too!) with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail. Juggling accounts, campaigns, and client deadlines? It’s where you thrive. 

  • Your passion for your craft is contagious. You love to learn, regularly seeking new information, releases, and perspectives. You’re intellectually curious and make everyone around you better in the process.

💰 Compensation: The salary range for this role is $90,000—$110,000 (commensurate with experience)
