Senior Sales Representative and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Sales Representative to drive new business growth and build long-term client relationships across international markets. This role requires a proactive communicator who can identify opportunities, generate qualified leads, and close deals. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle – from prospecting to outreach, proposals, calls, and partnership building.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, organized, and experienced in B2B sales, with a focus on digital services or marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and opportunities within target industries.

  • Initiate contact with leads through outbound outreach and networking.

  • Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and agreements.

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipelines, and conversions in CRM.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, client success) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency services.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
