DashFox is growing 40% month-over-month with a sales process so effective that prospects often close themselves. We have strong product-market fit, incredible word of mouth, and a referral strategy that delivers a steady stream of qualified prospects. Now we need someone who can load up on 20-30 minute demos, close 40%+ of them, and help us scale what's already working.
We're an AI startup that helps real estate agents generate referrals and repeat business from their existing network. Most agents lose touch with hundreds of valuable contacts over time, when it could be driving 80+% of their new business. Our users are getting listings within weeks of signing up, achieving 40% response rates, and actively referring colleagues.
The Reality of This Role
You'll earn commission on as many demos than you can handle - 20-30+ per week of warm, pre-qualified prospects. These are mostly one-call closes: agents either get it immediately or they don't. Most demos convert on the spot or within 1-2 weeks with light follow-up. No complex sales cycles, no enterprise negotiations - just high-volume, transactional selling to real estate professionals who need what we have.
What You'll Actually Do
Conduct 4-8 product demos daily via Zoom
Close deals on the first call (current close rate: 30-40%)
Handle straightforward follow-ups to convert interested prospects
Hit 25-40 conversions monthly once ramped
Non-Negotiable Requirements
2-7 years selling to real estate agents specifically
Proven track record at a proptech company (e.g. Zillow, Realtor.com, a real estate CRM, or similar)
You understand agent psychology, objections, and pain points intimately
Comfortable staying on the phone until you get to yes; thick skin.
Comfortable with high-volume demos and quick decisions
Have experience with shorter sales cycles (30 days or less)
Compensation Structure (Please Read Carefully)
Base: $50-60K (with some room for flexibility here)
Commission: Performance-based with tiered structure - the more you close, the higher your percentage
Realistic first-year earnings: $100-150K
Clear path for top performers to exceed $200K OTE with volume
Potential W2 conversion in 3-6 months
Independent contractor (1099) to start

You've been in the trenches with agents and brokers, you know their objections before they say them, and you can handle 100+ demos per month without breaking a sweat.
