Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients through various channels, such as networking, social media, and industry events.
Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects.

Client Engagement:
Establish contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
Present and demonstrate the company’s products or services to clients.

Sales Process:
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Provide post-sale support and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.

Market Analysis:
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to management on market conditions and client needs.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a sales executive or in a similar sales role.
Experience representing web development or digital marketing services, is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Shift: Day shift

Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus


Weekly day range: Monday to Friday


Work setting: Hybrid work
