Position Description

As a Business/Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for documenting and maintaining test services in a user-friendly catalogue. You will analyze test execution results, evaluate the system's ability to meet requirements, and compile comprehensive test reports. You will also participate in meetings to discuss identified defects and mitigation strategies, track defect resolution progress, and design a test strategy that aligns with the agile development methodology.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.

  • Familiarity with test-driven development and behavior-driven development.

  • Must live in the Continental US.

  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. 

  • Depending on government agency, specific requirements may include residency, citizenship, Public Trust background checks, or security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at CMS or in the healthcare industry.

$88,480 - $100,648 a year

The likely salary range for this position is $88,480.00-$100,648.00. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
