Responsibilities

As a project manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Organizing the team’s work calendar, setting up tasks in the Project Management software (ClickUp) and following up with team members to ensure the team executes all tasks on time and up to our quality standards

• Always being on top of what happens with the client: what emails need to be sent, outstanding issues that need resolving, etc.

• Communicating with clients via emails (and periodic Zoom calls), answering questions and taking care to understand client expectations, needs and goals

• Sending weekly written reports to the clients
