💥 Your impact
LinkedIn Ownership: Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn page, ensuring it reflects our brand identity, tone of voice and business objectives. Develop and implement strategies to grow engagement, followers, and overall impact on the platform. Monitor interactions on LinkedIn, engaging and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Content Strategy: Identify topics and themes that are of interest to our target audience and prospects. Develop a content calendar for our publications and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
Content Creation & Coordination: Work with internal stakeholders, copywriters, PR teams, agencies and designers to produce compelling content, including blog posts, videos, articles, infographics and other relevant formats for LinkedIn updates.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of LinkedIn posts and content campaigns. Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations for optimization.
Inbound Marketing: Leverage inbound marketing principles to create and distribute content, webinars, white papers etc. that attract and nurture leads. Use insights to recommend and prioritize content initiatives that drive traffic and conversions.
Content Distribution: Ensure content workflows and campaigns are effectively set up in HubSpot meet marketing goals.

🕵🏻♀️ To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements
Proven experience in B2B content marketing and social media, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn management
Strong copywriting skills and understanding of SEO principles and their application to content marketing
Familiarity with inbound marketing methodologies and tools, especially HubSpot
In-depth knowledge of the payments industry and its stakeholders
Ability to proactively identify and prioritize topics of interest for a B2B audience
Strong organizational skills, especially when managing a content calendar
Advanced analytical skills to track campaigns and analyse performance, using data to make informed decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch, French or German is a plus
Thrive in a remote-first, multicultural environment

You will join a team of 13 talented marketers based in Germany, France, Portugal, The Netherlands and Belgium, reporting to our Head of B2B Marketing.
