Embedded Intelligence Analyst (German Speaking)

Everbridge, a rapidly expanding global leader in SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is actively seeking a German-speaking Embedded Intelligence Analyst (EIA). This role embraces a hybrid work model, offering the flexibility to choose between a home/office-based setup or remote work from any location within the UK.

As a valued member of the Professional Services team at Everbridge, the EIA collaborates within a dynamic team to deliver intelligence support to their assigned Account(s). The EIA plays a pivotal role in monitoring social media and global events, offering timely and comprehensive intelligence products to enable decision-makers to detect risks from actual or emerging threats to personnel, facilities, supply chain, and technology. Travel to customer sites will be required on a monthly basis.

what you'll do:

• Provide intelligence support to clients based on custom requirements.

• Actively monitor open-source media, third-party subscription services, and other sources in real time for events that could affect business operations and personnel.

• Open-Source Intelligence collection and analysis of regional trends and events to provide timely, comprehensive, customized intelligence products to decision-makers.

• Support the production of travel security briefs, threat assessments, and other intelligence products.

• Support daily intelligence products for wide distribution, ensuring the reporting is timely, accurate, actionable, and in accordance with reporting criteria.

• Deliver oral and written threat briefings to members of the Client’s security team or business leadership teams.

What you'll bring:

• A Bachelor degree is strongly preferred.

• 4+ years’ experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response, or a related field required.

• English and German language proficiency is required.

• Strong knowledge of intelligence collection and analysis.

• Very strong writing and analytical skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps

• The ability to monitor and evaluate intelligence threats, based on the client’s on-demand requests.

• The ability to correctly identify changes in the security environment and proactively communicate threats to key stakeholders and employees.

• The ability to provide analytical support to security investigations.
