Introduction:

As the Chief of Staff at Everest, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the executive support team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient management of administrative tasks. This remote position requires flexibility and involves approximately 5-10 travels a year for offsites and other events. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving our growth and success. Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

  • Manage and oversee the executive assistant (EA) team.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and events for senior executives.

Travel Management:

  • Oversee and manage travel plans and logistics for senior executives and the EA team.

  • Handle travel-related arrangements and expenses within the allocated budget.

Communication and Liaison:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Maintain clear and open lines of communication to facilitate smooth operations.

Executive Assistance:

  • Anticipate the needs of senior executives and proactively address them.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Management and Leadership:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the EA team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

  • Address challenges such as workload management and cross-functional coordination.

Compensation and Employment Details:

Salary: $120,000 + travel costs
