Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Sr. Manager, Paid Media Buyer to join our team and drive performance on META, TT and other paid media channels. This role will be instrumental in strategizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns to hit our CAC targets. The ideal candidate is analytical and thrives in testing new strategies that help scale paid accounts. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of campaign management, manual bidding, A/B testing, creative analysis and proven record of managing large daily budgets and scaling META accounts profitably.
Everyday Dose is looking for a highly strategic and performance-obsessed Sr. Manager, Paid Media Buyer to lead our acquisition efforts across META, TikTok, Applovin, and Tapjoy. You’ll own the performance of our core paid channels, with a heavy emphasis on Meta, while exploring new avenues for scale. You’ll work directly and mentor a junior media buyer, playing a critical leadership role in the growth of our paid media team.
This is a hands-on and high-impact role. You’re expected to bring a mastery of campaign strategy, creative iteration, and performance analysis—and pair that with a deep understanding of consumer psychology and scalable acquisition systems.
Requirements
Own and lead our paid acquisition strategy across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Applovin, and Tapjoy
Work closely with the junior media buyer to execute and optimize campaigns effectively.
Oversee daily campaign operations including manual bidding, audience targeting, and budget allocation to hit aggressive CAC and ROAS targets.
Design and run creative testing frameworks, partner closely with the creative team to generate high-performing ads, and identify winning angles.
Leverage tools like Northbeam, Triple Whale, or similar to attribute revenue and optimize ad spend across the full funnel.
Develop and present insights, forecasts, and growth plans to leadership based on data-driven performance analysis.
Stay on the cutting edge of media buying trends, especially in mobile-first and performance-driven ad platforms (e.g., TikTok, Tapjoy).
Manage monthly budgets in the high six to seven figures, with the discipline to scale profitably.
Build performance reports for all paid channels accountable for
Must-Haves
5+ years in digital performance marketing, must be within DTC, CPG, or wellness brands.
Proven track record scaling Meta campaigns with budgets of high 6 and 7 figures per month while maintaining CAC goals.
Strong proficiency in attribution tools like Northbeam and google analytics.
Experience leading or mentoring media buyers and building SOPs, testing strategies, and workflows for paid teams.
A creative, iterative mindset with the ability to translate insights into scalable creative briefs.
Analytical and obsessed with performance metrics—but also able to zoom out and connect paid media to broader business goals.
Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, growth, and product teams.

Experience with creative tools and platforms (Motion, Canva, Figma, etc.).
