Your next career: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Enablement to join our team. The Director of Enablement will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our go-to-market teams by leading the development and execution of a comprehensive enablement program. 

Responsibilities

- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic enablement plan aligned with the company's objectives and customer needs

- Content Creation: Create engaging and effective enablement content, including training materials, documentation, videos, webinars, and presentations

- Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for clients, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our platform's features and capabilities

- Sales and Business Development Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver sales enablement resources, including product knowledge training and sales collateral

- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and regularly evaluate program performance

- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance enablement programs and processes

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, marketing, customer support, and other teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of enablement professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence

What you bring to the table: 

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred

- 7+ years proven experience in a similar enablement or training role, preferably in the SaaS or e-commerce

- Strong understanding of e-commerce technologies and platforms

- Experience with MEDDPPICC sales methodology

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging training content

- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving results through effective enablement programs

- Experience leading and mentoring a team of enablement professionals

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other enablement tools is a plus

Additional Information:

This role will receive a competitive salary, along with a variable compensation package, equity and benefits. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation - including your professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The role requires the candidate to be based out San Francisco/Bay area or ability to travel to the location at a short notice.

The base salary for this role will be between USD 150K to 200K.
