Feazer (www.feazer.com) is an on-demand design services studio, providing businesses with high-quality creative solutions. We support various clients with their digital, print, branding, presentation, illustration, web design, and motion design needs.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Creative Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented group of designers, shape design direction, and contribute to building a high-performing creative environment.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of designers across multiple disciplines (graphic, motion, digital, branding).

• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing and brand assets across print, digital, UI, presentation, and other formats.

• Ensure design outputs consistently align with client brand guidelines and meet quality standards.

• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and creative deliverables with efficiency and clarity.

• Collaborate with internal teams (including project managers and operations) to streamline design workflows and improve creative output.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in design leadership roles, ideally in a fast-paced agency or in-house team.

• Proven track record of mentoring and managing designers with diverse skill sets.

• Strong portfolio showcasing versatility in design execution and creative direction.

• Background in graphic design, art direction, or related creative field.

Required Skills:

• Mastery of core design principles (layout, typography, branding, visual hierarchy).

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.

• Strategic thinker with strong visual and conceptual problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.

• Resilient, adaptable, and committed to quality in a fast-moving environment.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
