Findymail is a B2B SaaS application designed to help salespeople do their email prospecting more efficiently. Our offering is mainly based on our email finder, providing high-quality email addresses to use in sales outreach. Our customers are mainly SMBs (agencies, small sales teams).

We’re currently a team of 3 located across Europe.

We’re working 4 days a week.

I started Findymail because I was tired of the status quo in the email data space: you have to purchase one solution to find emails, and another to verify the emails you just bought. Why not provide good data directly?! That’s what we try to do, and it seems to resonate!

We want to continue that mission further by simplifying all the steps of an email prospecting workflow so that salespeople can focus on what they do best: leading conversations, solving problems, and closing deals.

😎 Summary

We’re looking to hire a Growth Marketer to join our team and help us scale our business. You’ll execute on our existing proven growth playbooks as well as bring your own ideas across multiple channels.

As an email prospecting tool, we need to know how to do outbound outreach as well as be able to educate our customers on how to do the same through our marketing. That’s what you’ll be doing!

🔎 About the Role

Findymail has been growing nicely since the beginning, but it’s now time to accelerate even more!

You will be working in close collaboration with me (Valentin, the founder), to execute the growth channels that are working for us right now and to test the growth channels of tomorrow.

As we already have a working strategy on those channels, you will be trained on our existing playbooks, but any improvement ideas are welcome!

You will work on:

  • Email prospecting and outbound campaigns

  • Your social media presence (be active on Linkedin)

  • Answering potential customer questions about the product, sales & prospecting to help them succeed and increase retention

  • Overseeing the SEO work

If all goes well, there will be room for expansion in the growth team so that we can bring you, new friends. 😎

🖇 🧐 Key Responsibilities

Your goal is to drive growth. You will work closely with the CEO and other departments to enable that growth across multiple channels.

A typical work day at the beginning could look like this:

  • Answer cold email replies

  • Draft a Linkedin post

  • Engage on Linkedin

  • Create a new cold email campaign

  • Review a blog post

  • Help the support team with sales prospecting/product question

Other channels are used (SEO, Affiliates) and/or ready to be explored (Youtube), so the role can evolve and grow based on your skills/desires.

You will be using tools such as:

  • Findymail (obviously)

  • Instantly

  • Linkedin Sales Navigator

  • Close CRM

  • Slack

  • Ahrefs

🙃 Who You Are


  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales/marketing role

  • You will enjoy the role if you:

    • Have a growth mindset, with a natural inclination to want to continuously improve

    • Thrive on new challenges – we are always changing and you’re up for the ride!

    • Are tech savvy: you’re adept at learning new tools and technologies

    • Have strong ownership, autonomy, and accountability

  • Located in Europe

  • Fluent in English, especially in writing

  • You’re comfortable working in ambiguity and are deeply curious. For example, if you identify a potential new marketing experiment but you don’t yet have experience with that channel, you’re excited about the potential of learning it.

  • You have the creativity/desire to execute your plan. While we envision this role to grow into a managerial role, you’ll start by being your own boots on the ground and executing your own strategy.
