Impact you will make
Experienced and strategic Global Compensation Manager to lead and administer FinThrive’s global compensation programs and sales incentive plans. This position reports to the Director, Total Rewards and will play a critical role in the development and administration of a comprehensive compensation strategy for the US & India.
What you will do
Global Compensation
Ensure alignment with the company’s business goals through competitive and fair compensation practices to attract and retain top talent
Oversees all aspects of US & India compensation programs, including system administration, salary structures, bonus plans, and other related programs
Identify and implement process automation opportunities to drive continued improvement in colleague/manager experience and administration efficiencies, including regular processes such as promotions, market adjustments and bonus program administration
Project management of compensation related projects such as the annual Merit/Promotion cycle and bi-annual market adjustment review
Participate in salary surveys and conduct regular market benchmarking and analysis to stay current with industry/global compensation trends to ensure ability to attract and retain top talent in industry
Manage third party compensation vendors, such as Salesforce, Xactly and Culpepper as required.
Partner with HR and Legal teams to ensure that all compensation practices are compliant and adhere to local and international labor laws, regulations and governance requirements
Prepare reports on key metrics, trends, data integrity. Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation programs and identify areas for improvement
Develop and execute effective communication strategies to educate colleagues/managers of FinThrive’s compensation philosophy and programs
Work closely with HR, Finance, Leadership and other cross-functional teams as related to change initiatives, such as organizational restructuring or acquisitions
Sales Compensation
Administer all elements of sales compensation and customer success planning, administration, field support, & processing of incentive payments for the business
Oversee calculation of commission/incentive award payments based on plan provisions
Review commission payment reports for accuracy and resolve commission/incentive reconciliation issues
Analyze and validate sales performance results and provide interpretation and recommendation for Sales/Customer Success, Finance and HR groups
Perform analysis and modeling on various alternate commission/incentive plan designs
Partner with Finance & Accounting to create the monthly, annual and multi-year commissions expense forecast
Coordinate and validate all relevant business goals results from work partners in Sales Operations, Finance, and HR to accurately pay all sales incentives through the Sales Compensation system
Provide timely and relevant customized reporting, metrics, and analysis to senior leaders
Responsible for ensuring all business Governance & Audit guidelines on SIP design are consistently followed and implemented for all incentive participants
Assist as Business Owner for all required changes in the sales compensation tool/system, to reflect changes in business strategy or organization. Interact with internal and 3rd party technical resources to meet business requirements for the platform
What you will bring
Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, or other related field
8-10+ years of professional experience in Global Compensation/Rewards
Sales Compensation/Sales Ops experience
Experience implementing/using a sales compensation tool (Xactly preferred)
Ability to create structure, plan and prioritize work and project
Advanced skill in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and strong Project Management skills
