Associate ABM Manager - Global

FireMon is looking for a hardworking Associate Account Based Marketing Manager to come aboard and be part of our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. Bring your excitement and passion for ABM in this opportunity to plan and execute marketing programs by leveraging our Tech Stack. You will be targeting our base of strategic accounts with boutique 1:1 campaigns, as well as supporting our 1:many and 1:few campaigns. You will gain experience in best-of-class integrated ABM.


As a high-energy account-based marketer, you will be handling a portfolio of highly effective and visible multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs that support the company’s pipeline and revenue goals across all stages of the customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for aligning yourself with the sales organization and helping target their most important accounts.


What will make you successful is having a strong background in sales, field marketing, and/or demand generation including planning, message development, execution, and ROI tracking. This role is best suited for an adaptable, matrix-driven high-achiever with shown ability to develop Enterprise B2B marketing programs both on the strategic and tactical level.


  • You will work closely with sales, product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, partner/channel marketing, and sales development teams to craft high-impact programs targeting Fortune 2,000 accounts that include:

  • Tailored messaging by account and target audience.

  • Targeted advertising, paid social, and contact discovery.

  • 1-1 custom digital landing pages.

  • Account-specific research, events, prospecting and follow-up in coordination with cross-functional teams creating the feedback loop needed for successful ABM.

  • Help manage and improve efficiencies in our ABM tech stack: 6sense, ZoomInfo, Postal, and more.

  • Help ensure consistent messaging and branding across all field and channel marketing programs and initiatives.

  • Be an ABM evangelist throughout FireMon.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in field and channel marketing, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.

  • The experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas on how to build unique 1:1 and 1:few campaigns, as expressed in ideas for messaging, targeting, creative design, etc.

  • 3+ years of prior marketing experience including account-based marketing tactics targeting enterprise accounts.

  • Experience using, 6sense,, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or equivalent tools.

  • Extreme attention to detail, strong project management, and time management skills while effectively balancing strategy with getting things done.

  • Experience in evolving marketing programs based on performance data, ground-level feedback from sales, and understanding of our business and nuances of large accounts.

  • Cross-functional experience with integrated marketing programs across partner marketing, field marketing, and sales development orgs.

  • Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Able to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • Focused on achieving outcomes for individual, departmental, and company goals.

  • Communicates clearly across peer, management, and executive stakeholder groups.

  • Drives impact to the business in projects and programs.

  • Ability to report regularly across cross-functional business teams and leadership levels.
