The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will manage and own the B2B demand generation strategy for the Law Enforcement segment. Executing end-to-end marketing campaigns to increase awareness, and drive pipeline and revenue growth. We’re looking for candidates with a strong record of creating, testing, and driving demand through a variety of strategies and tactics, including integrated campaigns, account based marketing, partnerships, content syndication, emails, webinars, and more. You will work across the marketing and revenue organization, partnering with sales, product marketing, content, email marketing, and marketing ops. This person should be a self starter, well-organized, a great communicator and listener, with the ability to keep our customer’s perspective at the forefront of all strategic marketing initiatives.
Develop and oversee end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns specifically tailored to our public sector audience. Your expertise will drive these campaigns from initial concept to execution, ensuring they resonate with our target market.
Experiment with and manage a diverse range of demand generation efforts, including lead buys, sponsored newsletters, webinars, content syndication, ABM and more. Your creative approach to distribution will increase our reach and drive more pipeline.
Work in tandem with our brand and content teams to find and develop new methods of content distribution, enhancing the visibility and engagement of our material.
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing campaigns. Your analytical skills will translate data into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement and learning.
Engage with multiple partners on our marketing and revenue teams, including the field marketing team, product marketing, public relations, email marketing, performance marketing, and content team. Your role is pivotal in aligning and coordinating these teams for integrated campaigns.
Utilize your creative abilities to craft compelling emails, landing pages, ad copy, and marketing content that speaks directly to our audience.
Collaborate closely with sales and revenue teams to target specific accounts, personas, and contacts, ensuring that our marketing efforts are finely tuned to our market’s needs.
Deeply understand Flock Safety’s products and the customer journey within the public safety vertical, becoming an advocate and expert in our offerings.
The Skillset
3+ years of proven experience in demand generation.
Experience in multi-channel demand generation, applying a diverse range of campaign strategies, including ABM, paid media, email, webinars, and content syndication, with measurable results.
Strong skills in content syndication and understanding how to maximize the reach and impact of content across various channels.
Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills that enable you to form strong partnerships across teams and disciplines.
Creative problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset. You thrive as a self-starter in fast-paced environments, eager to take the initiative.
Understanding of the B2B lead funnel, adept at driving conversions and managing targets from account identification to closing.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with sales and marketing teams, managing complex projects to successful completion.

Strong copywriting skills
Experience marketing to the public sector such as law enforcement agencies.
Familiarity with Salesforce reporting
Familiarity with an ABM platform (e.g. 6Sense / Demandbase / Etc)

90 Days at Flock

This serves as a preview of the 90 day plan you will receive if you were to be hired as a Law Enforcement Demand Gen Manager at Flock Safety.
The First 30 Days
At the end of 30 days, you understand the current state of demand generation for the Law Enforcement vertical (Local & Majors segments) and have taken ownership of demand gen activities.
Conduct an in-depth review of current demand generation marketing programs and campaign performance for the Law Enforcement vertical.
Meet with stakeholders to understand current pain points, consolidate findings, and review with the team.
Take ownership of the current demand gen project queue in partnership with other key stakeholders such as the PMM team and execute on outstanding projects.
Create a demand gen campaign brief for the local / majors integrated campaign.
Review and refresh the current LE nurture campaigns for Local and Majors.
Develop an initial demand gen strategy outline for LE Local and Majors, and review for feedback.
The First 60 Days
At the end of 60 Days, you should be executing on your demand gen strategy and starting to see metrics moving in a positive direction.
Launch your first integrated campaign for the Local / Majors segments.
Execute on your proposed demand generation strategy, focusing on the top 2 high-impact initiatives.
Refresh the email copy for law enforcement nurtures and fill in any missing gaps
Your first integrated campaign is generating pipeline.
90 Days & Beyond
At the end of 90 Days, you are executing on your demand gen strategy for Local and Majors, implementing improvements, and seeing tangible results.
Create a demand gen roadmap for the next 3 to 6 months, outlining potential market opportunities and challenges.
Hit the quarterly marketing pipeline targets, and ensure your campaigns are consistently generating pipeline.
Develop and implement a reporting dashboard that tracks KPIs, trends, and insights that is shareable with cross-functional partners (sales, PMM, content, etc.).
Continuously monitor and analyze the impact of your campaigns on the pipeline. Review, iterate, and test different approaches as necessary.
Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to report on progress, discuss campaign performance, and gather feedback.

The Technical Assessment: Our technical assessments seek to test the hard skills required to do the job. Engineers may find themselves in coding interviews or architecture discussions, sales roles may present mock discovery calls, and leadership roles may craft 90 day plans. Your recruiter will inform you of which assessment you will be assigned and ensure you are fully prepared for your big day.
The Panel: Learn more about the team, responsibilities, and workflows. You should be prepared to speak about past projects, how you collaborate and communicate with others, and how you live our values. Depending on the team and role you are interviewing for, you may meet with several teammates as well as cross-functional partners.
The Executive Review: A chance to meet an executive and view Flock from a different lens. Be prepared to ask well-thought-out questions about the company, culture, and more.

💰 Salary & Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $115,000 - $145,000 as well as stock options
