Job requirements

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Create best-in-class design solutions and user experiences

• Lead UX projects

• Direct cooperation with Clients (with the support of PM)

• Map user flows, define information architecture, design wireframes and interfaces

• Facilitate meetings with Clients

• Work in the end-to-end digital process

• Collaboration with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, analysts and developers)

• Improve workflow and define internal processes, defining our visual standards

• Manage a team of a few UX designers, provide training and support

Your Profile & Skills Required

• You know how to solve complex user problems and align them with the business

• 4+ years of documented commercial experience

• Extensive portfolio of commercial projects

• Great command of written and spoken English (B2+/C1 or higher)

• Great communication and presentation skills

• Proactive attitude, you solve problems and figure things out

• Good understanding of business and technology

• Experience in UX Audits

• Extreme attention to details
