Role:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Growth Strategist to join our team. You will work with our Marketing teams to lead creative testing, experimentation, and audience research to optimize paid media performance. This role is responsible for designing structured testing frameworks, generating insights from data, and working cross-functionally to iterate on winning ad creative and messaging. You will collaborate with media buyers, creative teams, and others to refine performance-driven creative strategies and scale successful concepts.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working through ambiguity, complex data visualization, meticulous in their attention to detail, self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. As an early member of our team, your contributions will play a critical role in shaping the future of our member experience as we scale from currently thousands of members to millions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the creative and audience testing roadmap, continuously iterating on messaging, visuals, and funnel strategies.

  • Launch and manage select paid media campaigns to validate creative concepts before scaling.

  • Own the creative experimentation lifecycle and lead the development, execution, and reporting of A/B and multivariate tests across paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Haus etc.).

  • Partner with media buyers and creative teams to align creative efforts with media buying strategies, ensuring ads are optimized for conversion at scale.

  • Analyze Performance data, iterate, and use performance data to refine messaging, visuals, and audience targeting strategies; identify winning creative trends.

  • Leverage data-backed decision making in working with analytics teams to establish benchmarks for creative performance (CTR, CVR, CPA reduction, etc.).

  • Stay ahead of creative trends, ad platform changes, and emerging media formats to continuously test and improve creative strategies.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 4+ years in growth marketing, paid media strategy, or creative optimization, ideally in a DTC, e-commerce, or subscription-based business.

  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and ad creative experimentation.

  • Deep familiarity with ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and audience segmentation strategies.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative teams, copywriters, and designers to develop high-performing ad creative.

  • Proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable creative strategies.

  • Hands-on experience setting up, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns.
