
Lead Generation Specialist

About the role:
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and driving new business opportunities. Your work will directly contribute to our sales pipeline and overall business growth.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential leads and target audiences.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting channels, including email outreach and LinkedIn.
Maintain and update a database of prospective clients using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot).
Engage with leads, build strong relationships, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine and optimize lead generation strategies.
Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices to enhance outreach efforts.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
Strong communication and outreach skills (both written and verbal)
Strong written communication skills for business correspondence and at least an Intermediate level for verbal communication.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and familiarity with email marketing and other prospecting techniques.
Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) for lead tracking and management.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
