Outreach Manager (Marketing) - Creative Agency

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Outreach (Cold + Warm)

  • Build and manage outbound communications across Mojo and executive channels (email, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Craft personalized messaging frameworks and outbound sequences targeting CMOs, VPs, editors, collaborators, etc.

  • Manage podcast guest outreach and executive visibility initiatives

  • Map, manage, and report on outreach systems in HubSpot

  • Ghostwrite for multiple executives, adapting tone/context as needed

  • Align outbound messaging with marketing/PR campaigns

Relationship Deepening

  • Build and maintain a “Relationship Deepening List” inside HubSpot

  • Track all key contacts—clients, prospects, collaborators, vendors

  • Lead gifting, follow-ups, and thoughtful touchpoints

  • Support warm intros and visibility opportunities across the network

Tools, Sequences & ABM

  • Build segmented lists and smart sequences using Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot

  • Collaborate with AI tools to improve personalization and efficiency

  • Support Account-Based Marketing by aligning comms with lifecycle stage

Internal Newsletter

  • Gather content from internal stakeholders and deploy a weekly internal newsletter, on-brand and on-time
