
Business Development Executive

We’re growing our presence in the Romanian market and looking for someone who’d like to join us as we build it out.
This is not about maintaining a pipeline. It’s about creating it, owning it, and turning it into real revenue. If you’re a salesperson who enjoys outbound, knows how to open doors, and — most importantly — close deals end-to-end, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll join our Romanian team, working closely with local leadership while also being supported by a broader global structure. The role offers real ownership, the space to shape how things are done, and the opportunity to grow alongside the market you help build. Main Tasks
Actively generate and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects aligned with GetResponse’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Conduct thorough discovery calls using methodologies such as MEDDPICC or BANT to identify client needs, pain points, and budget
Deliver tailored demos and prepare value-driven proposals
Act as a company representative at industry events and conferences
Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular updates on pipeline status and sales activity
Collaborate with SDRs to improve lead quality and conversion
You May Be a Perfect Fit If You Have
Native Romanian and English at a minimum B2 level
At least 2 years of B2B outbound sales experience, preferably with 1 year of experience in selling SaaS applications
Experience selling to Romanian SMB and mid-market customers
Independence and strong project management skills
An ownership mindset and a strong drive to win
Salary Range
133–152 EUR net/man-day on B2B contract
